Returns & Exchanges

At Anime House, we want you to love your gear; if your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Anime House account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
